PVC Profile Manufacturing Facilities
Established in 1997 in Akyazı, Sakarya, under the roof of ASAŞ, the PVC Profile Manufacturing Facilities were founded to meet the growing demand for high-quality products in both the Turkish and global markets. Located within the same industrial campus, the PVC Profile and Roller Shutter manufacturing facilities operate on a total area of 60,000 m², including 30,000 m² of enclosed production space.
The facility has an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons of PVC profiles.
The production facilities manufacture:
- PVC Door and Window Systems (60 mm, 70 mm, 76 mm, 80 mm and 120 mm)
- PVC Door and Window Systems (Inova 76, Inova Sliding, Maxi Riviera and Maxi Royal)
- PVC Sliding Systems (60 mm, 70 mm and 74 mm)
- PVC Lift-and-Slide (Hebe-Schiebe) Systems
- PVC Roller Shutter Slats and Monoblock Box Systems
- PVC Laminated Profile Systems
- PVC Ready-Made Door and Window Manufacturing
At VERATEC PVC Profile Manufacturing Facilities, only European-origin raw materials are used. The facilities are designed to achieve the highest quality through a fully automated compounding system that enables the simultaneous production of formulations tailored to the requirements of different regions around the world without manual handling.
The specially developed formulations used in production are acrylic-based, offering excellent resistance to impact and varying climatic conditions. Containing lead-free calcium-zinc stabilizers and a low calcite content, these environmentally friendly formulations ensure long-lasting performance and sustainability. Raw materials are automatically conveyed to the production lines, while the entire manufacturing process—from mixer automation to the end of the profile extrusion line—is carried out in a fully automated, hands-free environment.
Products manufactured at the VERATEC PVC Profile Manufacturing Facilities are produced using globally recognized, energy-efficient extrusion lines and tooling and are rigorously tested in state-of-the-art laboratories in accordance with internationally recognized quality standards, including RAL, DIN, EN and TSE.
Since 2002, ASAŞ has been one of the few PVC profile manufacturers to hold the prestigious German RAL Quality Certificate, reflecting its long-standing commitment to quality and manufacturing excellence.
