ASAS is a company incorporated by a family with a century of experience in trade and industry, and produces aluminum and uPVC profiles in Turkey.

Starting production in its facilities at Gebze in 1992, ASAS moved its production facilities to Adapazarı in order to increase its production capacity and make its technological infrastructure in conformity with world standards in 1997. ASAS produces Aluminum and uPVC in its two factories in Adapazarı-Akyazı setup on an open area of 310,000 m2 and closed area of 110,000 m2. Owing to its annual production capacity of 24,000 ton Aluminum and 25,000 ton uPVC profile, and its high technology, ASAS is among the leading companies in Turkey.

In a short time after its incorporation, ASAS achieved to get enlisted in the “Top 500 Industrial Corporations in Turkey”, and in the statistical evaluations for the last four years, it has been honoured as the “Top exporter company in its sector”. As a result of its increasing business volume and the requests it received, ASAS established regional directorates and warehouses in İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Adana,
Bursa, Trabzon and Samsun provinces, and has been serving to its valued customers at its own building “ASAŞ Plaza”, having a closed area of 10,000 m2 in Kavacık/İstanbul.

In VERATEC production facilities, all the profile production stages are realized by the use of customized computer programs. The uPVC and other raw materials used in the production are weighed with extremely precise methods, and after mixed in the mixer, are automatically carried to the daily silos. The mixture is kept in the silos for a pre-determined time, and then is carried to the production lines automatically.

All profiles produced by Veratec are compatible with various standards such as RAL, DIN, ASTM, BS, GHOST, CSTB, KIWA, TSE, etc. and the consistency of the quality is maintained by our relevant engineers. ASAS is among the leading companies by virtue of having instituted RAL and ISO Quality Assurance System, keeping close track of the worldwide developments in its field, designing the products required by the sector, producing and introducing them in the market in a systems integrity. This has earned us a rightful pride in the country and abroad for the profiles and systems produced by our company.

Thanks to its extensive dealers network at abroad, our company ASAS manages to reach to the consumers in every geography of the world, and provides considerable added value to our country.

VERATEC exports to 55 countries, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Iran, Kazakhstan, Bosnia, Croatia, Abudabi, Keny, Ghana to name only a few, and thus our uPVC systems are used in various buildings on four continents with assurance and trust.

Our uPVC systems are used in such diverse climates extending from Dubai to Siberia, and thus have proved their sustainable quality in the -70ºC and +60ºC temperature range. The fact that the UV resistance of our profiles is extremely high, has lead our systems to be preferred everywhere in the world.
